Our founder, Deon, brought this company to life out of a passion for building, a commitment to excellence, and a mission to transform the customer-contractor relationship. An Ivy League graduate, Deon has a decade of experience in the commercial construction industry. He has successfully managed and worked on a wide range of projects, both domestically and overseas, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the process. His love for construction extends beyond the professional realm, rooted deeply in a personal passion for creating, building, and forming deep connections with those around him.

His experiences on the client side revealed a different side of the construction industry. After professionally and personally engaging with contractors with various projects over the years, he found that many were untrustworthy, unfulfilling, and inattentive, leaving jobs incomplete and customers unsatisfied. This fueled his desire to bring about change and create a new and better experience between the client and the contractor. Determined to bridge this gap, Deon established Antillean Restoration.
