In that consultation, you would share your ideas with us about how you want your home or office building to look when we are done. We take all the required measurements and share with you some basic design ideas. We also provide you with an accurate estimate of the cost of the project.

In this step, we make a concrete plan for the construction or remodeling. In many cases, certain permits are required for a project and to get those permits you need a detailed plan. Our licensed team creates a design and plan for the project that is extremely detailed and covers the entire scope of your project.

In a lot of cases, before you can start any construction or renovation, you require approval from the local city, or township zoning office. This can be a time-consuming and tiresome process for you. That is why we tackle this work ourselves so you do not have to. Our dedicated project manager will assist you during every step of the filing process.

Our design expert will work closely with you to choose and finalize materials for different parts of your home or office. For example, tiles, stones, wood for cabinets, plumbing fixtures for bathrooms, etc. We use only the highest quality products in your project that will ensure a long lifespan of your interiors and exteriors.

Once all the required approvals and permits have been gained (if applicable), we begin executing your construction or renovation project based on the design and plan that was finalized. We make sure that the project runs as per the schedule and that the cost also remains under the estimate that we shared during the initial consultation. Our project manager will keep you updated on the progress regularly.

Once we complete the project as per schedule, our project manager will reveal our completed work to you. You will go through every aspect of the renovation and once you are satisfied that all the work has been done according to your liking, only then the project will be deemed completed.
